Champions House Foundation is a volunteer 501 c3 tax deductible Public Charity dedicated to providing fresh water, food, clothing, medical care, and other needs to people without hope, with an emphasis on helping children.
Our organization is volunteer, no salaries paid, EVER. 100% of your donation goes to ministry. There are some overhead costs involved with ministry, (postage, bank fees, etc.) We keep these costs to a minimum, approximately 2%.
HOW WE GOT STARTED
Have you ever seen photos of desperate, starving children on the television? It can break your heart. But does your donation actually reach these kids? Unfortunately, that’s the world we live in today. We wanted to make certain ours did! So in 2008 a small group of people in Chamberlain, South Dakota founded Champions House Foundation. We planned to send our money directly to the needy. Originally we supported a children’s home of undernourished children in Andrah Pradesh India managed by Pastor Samuel Sudarsanam. A myriad of photos he sent us soon illustrated the horrible suffering that other children in that tribal region were facing from disease and unsafe waters. We expanded the ministry into many different programs of outreach. We have completed projects in many countries around the world, frequently partnering with other organizations.
